Step 1 – Schedule & Chat

Chat with our team about your travel, desired dates, place of departure, and more. We are ready to listen to your travel thoughts, ideas, and dreams.

Step 2 – Design & Review

Let the magic begin! Our destination designers sketch a proposal based upon information shared during our chat. Then voila! The proposal with detailed options is sent to you for review.

Step 3 – review, discuss, revise, + decide

You review the options provided in the proposal. Our design team is ready to discuss the options, make revisions, and fine-tune the proposal. When you say “GO!,” our design team gets to work.

Step 4 – we get to work

Our design team and travel partners take care of everything from booking your stay, transportation, setting up frequent traveler numbers and more to prepare for your getaway.

Step 5 – Final Review

Our team will add the extras prior to your travel, our destination design team works with you to schedule dinner reservations, spa treatments, excursions and tours…plus much more.

Step 6 – PRE-TRAVEL REVIEW

Our design team provides your finalized travel itinerary via our travel app and schedules a pre-travel call to discuss your itinerary, documents, entry requirements and more.

Step 7 – checking in

Hey there! Our destination design team always wants to hear about your trip. A member of the team will contact you shortly after your return to hear all about your experiences during your trip of your dreams.

Tell us about your “perfect day.” We chat about wedding locations, guest count, budget, destinations, and more! The more you share about your dream wedding, the better we create a memorable experience!

Step 3 – Prepare the Proposal

Our experienced design team prepares a proposal based upon the details you shared with us. Guaranteed, we will create a masterpiece leaving you feeling excited for your special day!

Step 4 – Review the Proposal

We will send you a proposal to review with a breakdown of all the available options for your wedding!

Step 5 – working our magic

We take the option selected and wave the magic wand…secure the wedding date + time, set the room block, and more!

Step 6 – Stay Connected

Our design team prepares a travel information site and reservation site…all dedicated to your wedding! Your guests stay up-to-date about travel and wedding events through your private Facebook Group.

Step 7 – Helping Your guests

We assist your guests with all aspects of booking their reservations for your wedding!

Step 8 – We Plan It All

We walk you through the entire wedding planning process. From coordinating flowers to bachelor/bachelorette parties…WE DO IT ALL!

Step 9 – Your Itinerary

You and your guests receive a detailed itinerary using our
travel app!

Step 10 – Review the Itinerary

We have a personalized call with you and your guests to review, in detail, your travel itinerary and to assure you have a full understanding of your travel plans!

Step 11 – while traveling

Our design team is only a few taps and clicks away. Our travel app allows us to communicate with you and your guests while traveling.

Step 12 – After Your wedding

We want to hear all about your special day! Our design team will contact you shortly after your return to chat about your experiences. We want to know if all went as planned and exceeded your expectations.
